What does “Hulu is not working” mean here?
US Hulu does not offer worldwide access. Its account and territory requirements still apply when you travel. Hulu-branded content inside local Disney+ is a different viewing arrangement. A country, VPN or proxy warning
Trying US Hulu from abroad? Start with the connection Hulu sees. A VPN server labelled “United States” does not prove that Hulu traffic uses a residential US exit or that Hulu accepts it.
Try a Residential US IP for the connection problem. Connect on your watching device, reopen Hulu and test the same title. Your Hulu account and subscription remain separate.
Get a Residential US IP for Hulu
Follow the Hulu VPN and proxy checks. If your IP checker already says US, use US IP but streaming still blocked. An IP lookup alone does not confirm playback.
A login, activation or subscription problem
Confirm the account email, active Hulu plan and company billing you. A MyDisney login or local Disney+ subscription does not automatically include US Hulu access. Complete any required activation through your provider. An IP change does not repair a declined payment or add a subscription.
A missing app, buffering or a player error
Check the official app and support for your exact device. A US IP does not automatically change an app-store country. If the app opens but playback fails, compare another title on the same device and record the error. A laptop test does not test your TV.

Confirm which catalogue and plan you are using. Search the exact season and check profile restrictions. Hulu content on international Disney+ varies by market; a US trailer does not establish local availability. A missing title alone is not evidence of a VPN problem.

Follow the Home-network requirement shown for your account and device. A purchased Residential US IP is not automatically your designated Hulu Home. Check whether only live channels fail or on-demand playback also fails; those results point to different checks.
