Prepare your NFL viewing
before kickoff.
Decide which game you want to watch and on which screen. NFL+, a TV-provider login and NFL Game Pass on DAZN are different access routes; prepare the one you actually intend to use.
Can you use NFL+ in Spain?
NFL+ is officially available only in the United States. Taking your existing login to Spain does not add international access. NFL directs viewers abroad to DAZN, which also offers a separate NFL Travel Pass for US customers traveling internationally. Read NFL+ availability.
Your NFL+ travel checklist
Start with the exact game, live or replay, and the screen you will take. A connection check cannot replace those content and device checks.
Prepare your viewing device
Update the iPhone or iPad you will pack and check NFL’s supported-device list. For NFL+ live local and primetime regular-season and postseason games, the supported viewing route is a phone or tablet.
The live games above cannot be cast to a hotel television. Other NFL+ content has different device rules: confirm your exact game or replay, not just that the NFL app installs. Read the NFL+ casting restrictions.

Open the NFL app and identify the exact game or replay. If you choose NFL Travel Pass or Game Pass on DAZN, prepare the DAZN app and account separately; an NFL-app login is not proof of DAZN access.
Check the event page before departure. A successful highlight or replay does not establish access to a live game, and a change of IP does not change an app-store country.
Identify your subscription and sign-in
Confirm whether your access is NFL+, NFL+ Premium, a linked television provider or DAZN. Write down the route and included content you need, without saving passwords here. Make sure your account-verification method will remain accessible during the trip.
NFL+ Premium includes additional content such as RedZone and replays across supported devices; that does not remove phone/tablet restrictions for the specified live local and primetime games. Check plan and device access.
A USip connection account is separate from your NFL or DAZN account. Confirm the viewing product first, then prepare the relevant connection.
Prepare the appropriate connection
If preparing a US connection with USip, confirm support for your exact NFL viewing route and device first. Follow your welcome-email setup instructions, check the connection, then test the intended content separately.
A Residential US IP does not add NFL+ international entitlement, change a mobile-only game into TV access, or select a particular local game market. If you choose DAZN’s travel product, follow its own country and connection requirements.
Test the correct type of NFL content
Before departure, test the chosen app and device with content included in your subscription. If the game has not started, check its listing, date, start time and access route. Leave the playback item unchecked until a relevant playback check is complete.
Set a calendar reminder using the city where you will stay in Spain. Recheck the displayed date and time near the game; avoid assuming one fixed offset from a US kickoff time.
Repeat the relevant check after arrival. A replay playing at home is not confirmation of a future live game in Spain.

NFL+ and NFL Travel Pass are separate.
DAZN describes NFL Travel Pass as an option for US customers traveling internationally, excluding viewing in the US, Canada and China. Its purchase instructions tell travelers to visit DAZN/NFL while in the US or from a US mobile device. Review the current offer before leaving; do not assume it is included with NFL+. DAZN Spain also describes NFL Game Pass International as its own subscription or an add-on. Check which offer applies to your account and trip. This is a product choice, not a request to change your billing country. Read DAZN Spain’s Game Pass guidance.
- Live game or replay: confirm the exact viewing right and device. A library replay and a live local game can have different requirements.
- Hotel TV: an available HDMI port or casting button does not override NFL+ restrictions. Keep the supported phone or tablet ready for mobile-only content.
- Before departure: prepare your account and check any travel-product purchase requirements while you still have time to resolve them. Do not wait until kickoff.
After landing: repeat the useful checks.
- Complete the accommodation’s Wi-Fi sign-in and confirm ordinary internet access before opening a VPN or a streaming app.
- Use the prepared viewing product and its instructions. For a USip setup, recheck connection and device suitability; Smart DNS cannot remove a live game’s phone/tablet limitation.
- Open the exact game or replay on the permitted device. If it fails, record the message, product, game and screen; do not assume every failure is an IP problem.
